Masterveils Terminal System – The Obvious Choice
Terminal system minimizes installation, and material costs by requiring only one fan unit for up to 6 doors. This saves you both time and money without compromising on performance.
With a user-friendly control unit and advanced sensor controls, the Terminal System can precisely regulate airflow to each door at the right time, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Our control units also offer intuitive operation status and settings management for ease of use.
Our system also offers customizable heating options. Depending on your needs, you can choose between water batteries, electric batteries, or no heat at all, providing you with a flexible solution that fits your operation perfectly.
Another key feature is our unique Airstop air curtains. These reduce energy losses and prevent unwanted air infiltration at port openings, giving you an energy-efficient and sustainable solution for your facility.
Air curtain drums
For the Terminal air curtain system, the standard sizes for air curtain drums are ⌀315 mm.
For smaller or larger airflows, we offer standard models S. ⌀250, S. ⌀315, and S. ⌀400. We also have circular air curtain drums (C. ⌀250, C. ⌀315, and C. ⌀400) for specific installation requirements, as well as square and rectangular models (F.250, F.315, and F.400) to suit unique conditions. For installations with limited height, such as between a suspended ceiling and a doorway, we can design air curtain drums with a low overall height.
We also offer flexibility in installation. The spiral duct from the fan unit can be connected to any point on the air curtain drum, and the drum can be equipped with an extended nozzle for easy integration with suspended ceilings.

Functions and options
- Choose from different sizes of fan units with capacities up to 16,000 m³/h.
- The ASE fan units are insulated.
- Install double vertical or horizontal air curtains, depending on your preferences and needs.
- Knife jet technology provides effective control of the air jet for the best results.
- The fan unit has the capacity to drive from 2 up to 6 doors using our pressure-controlled ERX-control.
- Choose between electric heating, water heating or no heating to tailor the solution to your specific needs.
- The solution with water heating includes an air filter as standard.
- Designed for door heights of up to approximately 4 meters.
- The air curtain drums can also be chosen in any RAL color or in stainless steel. As standard, they are galvanized.
- Customized air curtain drums: Square, rectangular with low construction height, etc. (e.g., for tight spaces above the door).
