Versatile installation and seamless operation of air curtains

The air curtain can be installed visibly upright, horizontally or concealed in the wall or ceiling if equipped with extended nozzles. With ASE K, you can operate multiple air curtains simultaneously. The unit is connected to one or more air curtains, and the curtain length can be easily adjusted to the width and height of the opening. The innovative air curtains are equipped with our unique Airstop nozzle with knife jet technology. The air curtain is delivered with or without heating, and the power can be customized according to the conditions on-site.

Air curtain drums

ASE-K Industrial doors are available with air curtain drums from ⌀315 mm for overhead mounting and from ⌀250 mm for double standing air curtain drums.

For smaller or larger airflows, we offer standard models S.⌀250, S.⌀315, and S.⌀400. We also have circular air curtain drums (C.⌀250, C.⌀315, and C.⌀400) for specific installation requirements, as well as square and rectangular models (F.250, F.315, and F.400) to suit unique conditions. For installations with limited height, such as between a suspended ceiling and a doorway, we can design air curtain drums with a low overall height.

We also offer flexibility in installation. The spiral duct from the fan unit can be connected to any point on the air curtain drum, and the drum can be equipped with an extended nozzle for easy integration with suspended ceilings.

The advanced knife jet technology provides effective control of the air jet for the best results.
The unit has the capacity to operate one or more air curtains, providing increased flexibility.
Choose between electric heating, water heating or without heating to tailor the solution to your specific requirements.
The solution with water heating includes air filters for optimal air quality.
Suitable for door heights of up to approximately 6 meters.
Available in any RAL color or in stainless steel finish.
